Illusions, Inc. Decorative Window Products
Ten Year Limited Warranty
Illusions decorative windows are warranted to be free from defects and
material or workmanship that make the window unserviceable or unfit for continued
use under normal conditions provided the window is properly installed and cared for. The
warranty is extended to the original purchaser. Warranty is for ten years from date of
manufacture. Products are date coded.
Claims under this warranty must be made in writing within the ten (10) year
period of this warranty and prior to the beginning of any repair work to: Illusions Inc.
6822 Mendenhall Rd., High Point, NC 27263. The warranty claims will not be considered to be
properly made unless it is sent in writing directly to Illusions. Written claims should
detail the original date of installation, nature of the problem, the product code marked
on the product, and name, address and telephone number of the person making the warranty claim.
Illusions reserves the right to have any Illusions product, alleged to be
defective, field inspected by an Illusions representative.
No distributor, dealer, or representative of Illusions has the authority to
change or modify this warranty, either orally or in writing, in any respect.
There are conditions, which are beyond the control of illusions. The
following circumstances will void the warranty:
- Damage caused by handling, shipping or improper installation
- Attempts by others to alter or repair the window
- Damages caused by other parties or by any causes beyond the control of Illusions
In the unlikely event of an Illusions window showing a defect, Illusions
will at its option: repair the product, furnish replacement components or insulated
glass assembly, or provide a replacement product at no cost to the original purchaser. If
any of the above remedies prove to be unacceptable, Illusions at its option may make a full
refund of the original purchase price to the original purchaser.
The manufacturer's sole responsibility is as stated herein and it shall not
be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, or for any amount in excess
of the price paid for the window involved, such as labor, installation, or finishing of the
replacement of the window, whether the claim is for breach or warranty or any other cause.
