Sales

1. All sales are final.
2. Customers will be sent an acknowledgement of sale (receipt) within 24 hours of order being placed either by fax or e-mail (except in cases of weekends or holidays). Products will usually ship within 1 week.
3. Illusions, Inc. stands behind each product offered for sale on this web site, and thus we offer this guarantee to our customers:  we will refund or replace any product you buy from us within our terms of warranty.

Shipping

1. All products (windows) must be inspected upon delivery and before the delivery driver leaves, for damages. Any damages discovered afterwards are not the responsibility of Illusions, Inc. or the delivering carrier. If a window is damaged, please refuse the delivery. We will ship a replacement to you as soon as possible and handle the damages with the freight carrier. Items are freight pre-paid meaning that they will be shipped to your address at no charge to you BUT getting them from the back of the truck into your house or garage will be your responsibility.
2. Purchaser or an agent of the purchaser must be present for delivery of the purchased item(s).
3. When your item ships, we will send an e-mail or fax to you informing you of the ship date, the carrier and the estimated arrival date.

General

1. Illusions' windows are obscure, NOT opaque. There is some degree of visibility through each pattern. Some are more obscure than others but you can still see through them. Please refer to our obscurity samples.
2. Illusions, Inc. respects your privacy and we promise that we will not give away or sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, except as required or permitted by law.
3. The only time that you are required to provide personal information about yourself is when you place an order. We will only use this information to process your order.
4. These windows meet Architectural Safety Glazing standards. Each window is made with tempered glass both inside and outside. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to follow up on any of their local codes and regulations in regards to these windows.
